PAAR Accessorises

If you think that friendship won't impulse your personal or even professional development, you might be wrong, it might be the total opposite.
Ever since I started my interview project, the girls from PAAR were on top of my list. The Mexican accessories designer brand brings an idea to create handmade things using mostly organic and recycled materials.

Paulina Villalpando along with Ari Camacho created PAAR ten years ago as a creative and very different business to what they did in those days of high school. When they moved to the college and saw that each took different paths, they decided to keep the brand, which had become a joint venture that acquired more importance over time.

For them everything was very intuitive since the beginning, because they were learning from the experiences and grew creatively and professionally while forming their ideas and dreams. Being friends for such a long time, they were able to stick together and they showed the will to grow and offer new things as a brand, because in some way it was what held them together despite the changes they went through over time.

"Our brand promotes the expression of authentic personality. We disregard prejudices and offer a lifestyle free of stereotypes." Pau and Ari

Nowadays, Pau lives in Oxford and Ari in New York, which has helped them to expand their vision as entrepreneurs and artists. For both of them it's still very important to keep in touch, being a fundamental part of their friendship and the evolution of the brand. Their inspiration continues to evolve with the change of atmosphere that both have experienced. Growth is the word the two creative artists have in mind; and probably the most important step to promote their brand is the PAAR online store. It's the perfect platform for all people that like the brand so they can buy the designs no matter where they are. Global marketing is the next step, even in Mexico, where they already have a remarkable share. Both are conscious that competition is growing everyday, and that is what drives the duo every day to create authentic fashion products.
